About me...
Everyone knows that home buying and home selling are challenging processes. But that is the best part of my job. There is a deep satisfaction in navigating through an array of events and seeing the enjoyment of people moving into their new home.
My job as a REALTOR® in America is something I would not have imagined in my early years. The reason is that I had a comfortable position as a teacher in economics at a university. But after immigrating to the United States, I wanted to do something different and exciting. One thing led to another and I have happily been a REALTOR® for about 20 years. This entrepreneurial job has given me the opportunity to help many people in their pursuit of the American Dream of homeownership.
I enjoy family hiking trips with my husband and our son, traveling, camping, gardening. I also enjoy volunteering at our children church camp "Pearl" every summer.
As a full-time full-service Realtor® I represent Buyers and Sellers on a day-to-day basis.
My designations and certifications are:
- Associate Broker
- ABR®, Accredited Buyer's Representative
- CRS®, Council of Residential Specialists
- GRI®, the Graduate, Relator® Institute
- SFR®, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource
My message to Buyers...
I have seen articles in the previous years saying about Buyers do not need a real estate agent anymore. There is so much information about houses for sale available online!
Houses for sale, For Sale By Owner homes, houses to rent and so much more...There are as many different apps to get the information from as there are companies willing to give you that information. Just simply googling an address can bring up:
Homes for Sale
Square Footage
Previous listings with inside photos
Criminal activity
Gang activity
Child molesters
Haunted house activity
Estimated home values
and so much more
